Resolved Question: Where is a good place to have a 14yr olds birthday party?

My cousin is turning 14 on november 27th and shes never really had a "nice" party so we wanna go all out for her this year...but since her bday is in the "winter" it would be too cold to have her bday at six flags or something..so we need a nice "indoor" place for her and her guests, any ideas?
